Everyone is different with different experiences, personalities, preferences, strengths and ways of thinking and feeling, so therapy looks very different from person to person.

Based on clients' individual needs, I use a combination of cutting-edge, evidence-based therapy approaches to help clients reach their goals including Mindfulness Self-compassion (MSC), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Prolonged Exposure Therapy (PE), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), etc.
